  1. Delivery – Shipping TAT

As we take good care of the quality of our products, our processing time will take 2-3 weeks before shipping. It could be less if the item is currently in stock.

Nationwide (Philippines)

     We deliver the goods locally through J&T Express;

          Metro Manila (2-3 Days)

          Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao (3-5 Days)

International 

We deliver the products from our main office (located in Metro Manila, Philippines) to the following countries via DHL courier

          Europe (5-8 Days)

          Asia (3-7 Days)

          America (5-7 Days)

          Oceania (4-5 Days)

  1. Payment

The payment must be done within a maximum of 1 hour from the creation of the order, otherwise it will be cancelled automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

     Nationwide (Philippines)

We accept payments through BUx and allow you to pay through over-the-counter (7/11 etc.), E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya etc.) and online banking channels (BPI, BDO, UnionBank etc.).

     International 

Our primary option for international transactions is through PayPal. Get in contact with us and we’ll arrange to send you a PayPal Invoice in order to pay in your preferable currency.

 

Will my personal details stay safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. Your payments get processed securely through our partner gateway and no data is stored on our side.

 

  1. Placing an order 

How do I place an order on your site?

Placing an order at Tough Wave is quite simple. Here’s how:

  1. Click on your chosen design.
  2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.
  3. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We will reach out and send the tracking details to you once your order is ready.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. 

 

  1. Product Authenticity

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a secure zip bag to ensure it arrives in great condition. It also includes a sticker and hangtag. 

 

  1. Return and Exchange policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can make a return and exchange request for one or more products within 7 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How can I return the item?

You can return the item to our main office through your nearest courier of choice. The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

How does the exchange work?

We will only send the exchange item on the same shipping details provided once we already got the returned product to us.

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

In case of faulty or incorrect products, the original delivery cost will be included in your refund.

 

  1. Refund policy

We are on a No Return, No Refund Policy. We will refund the items that were requested after 7 days when they received the goods. You can make a refund request for one or more products only if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered and if it is not present in the parcel.
